Raw grated beets
Cubed crunchy apple (we LOVE local Crispins **included in farm pick up this week**)
Salted pumpkin seeds
Soft goat cheese
Bramble Hill’s Bold & Beautiful Broccoli Mix (or use the just pea shoots if you prefer)
Tangy dressing
1/3 c olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp smooth dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
