We don’t offer refunds or returns— but your happiness matters to us! If something isn’t right with your order, reach out at cathy@bramblehill.ca. We’ll dig in and work with you to make sure you’re smiling (and sprouting) in no time. 

Due to the nature of our microgreens kit when growing a live product, there are many environmental variables of which we can not control on your end. Please contact us if you have issues and we are very happy to work with you to figure out how we can make your grow experience better.
